I have over 14 years of construction experience across a wide range of disciplines, including residential, industrial, commercial, and highways. I have performed routine and emergency upgrades/repairs, upgraded service panels, installed lights and lighting control systems, installed full home theater systems including projectors and surround sound, and am comfortable/licensed to do almost any electrical project.

 

My background and education started with serving onboard aircraft carriers as a nuclear reactor electrician in the United States Navy. After leaving the military I worked in large commercial data center construction leading crews of 20+ electricians on very demanding projects. During this time I tested for and passed my master electrician exams, and took classes towards my electrical engineering degree before passing my Fundamentals of Engineering (electrical) exam in 2019. I moved to Alexandria, VA in 2020 and started Burrow and Son Electric because it has always been a dream of mine to work for myself and be a trustworthy contractor for my community.
